If you build in this space, I want to understand what you're building.
I cover the HR technology and workforce intelligence landscape through Articul8 Research — independently, without commercial alignment to any vendor. Analyst Briefings are how I stay current on what's actually being built, and how vendors get visibility into my research and advisory work.
How I Cover the Market
I publish independent research on workforce strategy, HR operating models, and HR technology ecosystems through Articul8 — Elev8 Group's research and vendor evaluation engine.
That independence is the point. Enterprise buyers rely on it to make better decisions. Vendors benefit from it because coverage that can't be bought carries more weight than coverage that can.
I don't accept payment to include, exclude, or positively frame any vendor in independent research. What vendors get from engaging with my research process is visibility — and an honest assessment of where they fit, where they don't, and what questions enterprise buyers are likely to ask them.
Two Ways to Engage
Paid Engagement — via Elev8 Group
If you're looking for a paid Vendor Briefing Session, report licensing, vendor advisory, or a vendor-hosted keynote — those engagements are handled through Elev8 Group.
Paid engagements are separate from the independent research track, explicitly commercial, and always disclosed. They do not influence Articul8 independent research coverage.
Analyst Briefing — Free
This is the research track. An independent session where you brief me on your platform, positioning, product direction, or market thesis.
Come prepared to cover your differentiation, your roadmap, and your strategic direction. I'll ask direct questions. I'll tell you where I think you fit and where I think the gaps are.
What this is not: a paid engagement, a sponsored research opportunity, or a pathway to guaranteed coverage. Coverage is driven by research merit — not by participation in briefings.
This is not a pathway to commercial partnership, paid advisory, or report licensing. Those are separate and handled through Elev8 Group.
How independence works here
I disclose all commercial relationships in relevant research and advisory outputs. Enterprise buyers who read my work are always able to understand the nature of any vendor relationship.
That disclosure is not a caveat. It is a structural commitment — and it is what makes the research worth reading.
If you're looking for a vendor who will shape the narrative in your favour, this isn't the right research relationship. If you're looking for an independent analyst who will tell you what enterprise buyers actually think — and where your positioning does and doesn't land — then an Analyst Briefing is the right starting point.
What to Expect in a Briefing
Come prepared
A well-run Analyst Briefing covers four things:
Your platform — what it does, how it's architected, and what's genuinely differentiated versus what's table stakes in the category
Your positioning — how you describe yourself to buyers, what you lead with, and how that narrative holds up under scrutiny
Your roadmap — where you're heading, what bets you're making, and how that aligns with where enterprise buyers are going
Your market thesis — your view on the category, how you see it evolving, and where you think the real value sits over the next 24 months
I'll have done my homework before we meet. Expect direct questions.
